approach to writing proposals, has a nice chapter on style and another
on visual elements. “Overall, this is a great book for Report &
Proposal Writing.”

McGraw-Hill/Irwin; 2 edition 2000, ISBN 0256220581. McGraw-Hill does a
custom publishing of the two reports chapters by Carolyn Rude("Reports
and Studies" and "Reports for Decision Making") plus the chapter on
oral reports. The custom booklet costs students about $12, instead of
having them buy a whole technical communication text just to use the
few chapters.
