Diane M. Sullivan is
an Assistant Professor at the University of Dayton. She
completed her Ph.D. in 2006 at the University of Central
Florida. Her primary research interests include
early-stage entrepreneurial phenomena (e.g., entrepreneurial networks, knowledge,
and early venture growth), and organizational creativity. She has published
research in journals such as the Journal of Organizational
Behavior, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Business and Psychology, Journal of Small
Business Management, Journal of
Entrepreneurship Education, and Journal of Small Business
and Entrepreneurship, among others. She has also published book chapters related to
creativity, entrepreneurship, and leadership and her work has
regularly appeared at a number of national and international conferences to
include the Academy of Management Conference and the Babson
College Entrepreneurship Research Conference.
