LNG 101A Beginning Arabic - تعلم عربي

Arabic is a language with extraordinary potential and international projection. Many disciplines including International Studies, Human Rights, Political Science, Religion, Philosophy, Economics… study Arab societies from a variety of perspectives. Being able to communicate basically in Arabic and becoming familiar with aspects of its culture will enhance your understanding of these disciplines and of some of the challenges faced by the U.S. and the Arab world today.
The University of Dayton has partnered with the University of Montana to offer LNG 101A Beginning Arabic starting in Fall 2005. Students will receive instruction from Dr. Nabil Abdelfattah through interactive video technology supplemented by a native Arabic speaker on campus.
