Write Like a Lawyer - Use Cre-CRAC 
bulletLawyerly writing is organized in a particular form.
bulletIf you want to pass the bar you must master the writing form.
bulletThe form of bar exam writing is Cre-CRA
bulletConclusion (to the Problem)
bulletRule  (for Solving the Problem)
bulletElements (Not at Issue)
bulletFor Each Issue
bulletConclusion (to the issue)
bulletRule (for solving the problem)
bulletAnalysis/Application/Arguments for each issue
bulletremember to use facts.
bulletBUT INTEGRATE as MUCH as possible into few sentence. Thus, the CRE could be one - two sentences.

 

For each Problem in the Question:

bulletState the Conclusion
bulletIdentify the Rule
bulletState Elements not-at-issue

 

FOR Each Issue in the Question

bulletState the Conclusion for the issue
bulletState the Rule the governs the resolution of the issue
bulletState the Analysis/Application/Arguments

 

Study Approach

bulletWrite at least two essay exams daily and review the results
bulletGet a study partner to review your exams as you review their exams.
bulletWrite! Write! Write!!
