Housing Information
We have reserved a number of rooms in the University of Dayton Guest Houses for the conference. Each house has three bedrooms (some single and some double) and one or two bathrooms. The houses are on the UD campus, within walking distance to the conference venue. You can find a description of the houses here.
We will provide housing free of charge for student speakers from out of town who need to stay overnight. If we have rooms left that were not requested by student speakers, we may be able to accommodate student participants who require housing (free of charge). Faculty who wish to stay in a guest house will be charged a modest fee.
Students requiring housing are encouraged to register for the conference as early as possible, as rooms will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Travel Support
We have limited funds to support students in need of financial assistance for their travel. If you would like to request travel support, please register as soon as possible. Preference will be given to student speakers.
