Contributors may submit their manuscripts by email at sppq@dartmouth.edu. Enclosures should include one version of the manuscript with identifying references; and a version without references to the identity of the author(s), and, if preferred, a cover letter.
Authors may submit paper copies of their
manuscripts via surface mail. If so, please include: a cover letter
with e-mail address; one copy of the manuscript containing
identifying references; and one copy with all such references
removed; and a computer disk with an electronic version of the
entire paper, also with identifying references removed.
Word formats are preferred.
