Instructions for Use
All datasets are in MS Excel (.xls file extension) spreadsheet format. A single codebook covers all data sets and should be downloaded as a separate file (MS Word format). In order to download any file simply click on the link below.

If you are having trouble downloading a file, your browser probably isn't set-up to recognize .xls or .doc files. Try the following to instead:

• PC Users-right click the link and choose the "Save Link to File" option.

• MAC Users-click and hold on the link and choose the "Download Link to Disk" option.
