**The LEADER Consortium (Launching Equity in the Academy across the Dayton Entrepreneurial Region) consists of the Air Force Institute of Technology, Central State University, the University of Dayton and Wright State University. The consortium is funded in part by an NSF-ADVANCE grant. The purpose of the consortium is to address issues facing women faculty in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), such as recruitment, advancement and climate.
