1. Minutes of Feb. meeting were approved.  

2.  Treasurer Friel's Report

     Prof, Friel submitted a financial report.  

3. We thank Dr. Rosenzweig for posting the chapter minutes on the AAUP website    

     academic.udayton.edu/aaup.  

4. The Ohio AAUP invites us to attend the annual Ohio Conference of the AAUP April 7th and 8th.

5.  Next meeting will be Thursday, April 20 at 3:00 in Roesch room 203.  Elections will held at that    

     time, faculty are encouraged to attend.  

8.  Adjournment at 4:00 p.m.
