1.  Treasurer Friel's Report

                Prof, Friel presented his report 

2. Approved minutes of April 20, 2006 

3.  Wine and Cheese discussion –  The University of Dayton chapter of the

AAUP is pleased to invite all faculty members to a wine and cheese social

on  Friday 22 September  2006 at 3:00  in the Forum of the Learning

Teaching Center in the Roesch Library. The chapter asked Dr. Stephen

Wilhoit and members of the Provost’s Committee on the Evaluation of

Faculty Teaching to come to discuss the work they completed last year.

 The social will begin at 3pm and it should end by 4:30pm.

4. David Buckley will purchase the wine cheese for the event at chapter

expense.

        Oct. 5  (Thurs.) 2006  in  Chaminade Hall  at 3:00
