1.  Approval of the minutes of  Oct. 16 2007  

2.  Treasurer’s report 

3.  On Dec. 12 we set up a new account at the Day/Air Credit Union under

the name Dayton Chapter AAUP.  This was part of an effort to meet what we

understand to be the new Internal Revenue Service requirements. The

chapter had to apply for and receive a new Employee Identification Number

from the IRS even though the chapter has no employees.  

4.  Discussion on the possibility of retrenchment at the University and

the hope that the burden be born equally by all.

5. Next Meeting The next meeting will be Feb. 14 at 2:00 in Roesch Library

Room 503.
