1.  Approval of the minutes of April 24, 2007

2.  Treasurer’s report

3.  This meeting was held in response  to a request from  Associate Provost, Dr. Untener, that a representative from the UD Chapter attend a meeting with Accreditation team regarding “Faculty Leadership and Governance” to speak on the role and operation  of the AAUP at the University of Dayton.  The chapter members assisted Dr. Watras in preparing remarks explaining our place within the University.    

6.   Next meeting  The next meeting will be Oct. 16 at 2:00 in Roesch Library Room 203.
