FOR PEOPLE COMING FROM EUROPE, ASIA, AUSTRALIA, AND SOUTH AMERICA
People coming from places other than North America or Africa, and who are making their own travel arrangements to Cairo, the same procedure (see Procedure and payment information) must be followed EXCEPT that the deposit of $400.00 for airfare and hotel accommodations does not apply. Instead, a deposit of $100.00 for hotel accommodations in Alexandria is required to accompany pre-registration.
All other services, options, and prices apply to all participants.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE RATES FOR THE PRE AND POST OPTIONS ARE CALCULATED AS GROUP RATES. STAR OF EGYPT CANNOT CHARGE THE QUOTED PRICES FOR FEWER THAN TEN PEOPLE. An additional $10 per person will apply for groups of fewer than 10 persons who elect to sign up for the pre-conference option (for the special airport pick-up).
In order to take advantage of the fantastic pre-conference day in Cairo, please plan to arrive in groups or approximately at the same time as the Egyptair and Lufthansa flights:
