If you decide to withdraw your name from the list of participants, for whatever reasons, at this point, the following terms will apply:

1)      Reserved airline tickets:

    The airlines take a $150 penalty for a cancellation. 

2)       Hotel room reservation for the conference days:

3)      Pre and post conference sign-ups:

    No penalty applies.

4)       Registration:

    Non-refundable.

5)       ALA membership:

    Non-refundable.
