1st day, Friday 21 June
19.30 hr.	Arrival at Kotoka International Airport.
19.45 hr.	Guests will be met at the airport and be brought to the hotel.
20.30 hr.	Checking in at the hotel.

2nd day, Saturday 22 June
08.00 hr.	Breakfast.
09.00 hr.	First briefing.
09.30 hr.	Start round trip through Accra. Passing through Independence square, Korlebu, James Town etc. Stopover at Makola Market and the Dubois Center for Pan Africanism.
12.00 hr.	Lunch time.
14.00 hr.	Continuation of the Accra city tour with stopover at the Arts Center for National Culture with the craft bazaar and the Dr. Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum. Last stop is at Teshie Nungua coffin makers.
17.00 hr.	Return to the hotel.

3rd day, Sunday 23 June

15.00 hr.	2 hours workshop drumming and dancing.

19.00 hr.	Cultural display by the Fanti people of the Central Region.
20.15 hr.	Buffet dinner with life music.

08.00 hr.	Start trip to the village palace for the Traditional Performance of the homecoming and the naming Customary. (Eguafo – Village)

15.00 hr.	Visit to Yaa Asantewaa Museum in Ejisu (optional).
17.30 hr.	Arrival in Kumasi and checking in at the hotel.

9th day, Saturday 29 June

09.00 hr.	Excursion craft villages, Pankrono, Ahwiaa and Ntonso. Stop at every village 12.30 hr.
13.30 hr.	Start trip to Adanwomase. Kente village.
14.30 hr.	Arrival in Adanwomase, for the Cultural afternoon. Guest will be welcomed by the Kente chief and the Kente Queen Mother, amid cultural music and dance. Exposition and rudiments of Kente. Guest can try their hands on Kente Weaving. A visit to a Palm plantation to see how Palm wine is tapped. Demonstration of how "Fufuo" a popular food in Ashanti is prepared in a traditional Ashanti Kitchen with traditional cooking utensils. Guests are welcome to taste. A tour of Adanwomase Village and interaction with the Chief and the people.
17.30 hr.	Back to hotel: Hotel for the night: Royal Basin Resort at Kumasi.
10th day, Sunday 30 June
07.00 hr.	Breakfast.
08.00 hr.	Checking out of the hotel.
08.15 hr.	Visit to the Kumasi Market.
10.30 hr.	Start trip to Akosombo.
12.30 hr.	Lunch time at Koforidua.
13.30 hr.	Continuation trip to Akosombo through the hills.
17.30 hr.	Checking in at the hotel.

11th day, Monday 1 July

07.30 hr.	Excursion to Peki the drum makers town.
09.30 hr.	Visiting of 3 places where drums are made and a Cultural explanation on how drums are made.

13.30 hr.	Start trip back to Akosombo.
15.00 hr.	Visit to the Akosombo Dam (Optional) and the village of Akosombo to interact with the children and the people of the village.

09.30	hr. Start Boat trip on the Volta river, stopping at some of the villages along the Volta river. (Crocodile birds Island, Local apeteshi distillery etc.)
