• In addition, by applying for an account, it is understood that accounts for websites will be only granted to faculty/staff and will only be given to non-faculty/staff (i.e., any student) for the specific purpose of viewing password protected websites. Any requests from students will be deleted as all requests must come from a faculty/staff member.
• Any requests for University websites that are submitted by Graduate Students will be deleted and must be resubmitted by full time or part time Faculty or Staff member.
• Accounts will be given for the specific purpose of presenting classroom material or academic related content.
• Generic web sites are granted to professors upon request  for the purpose of online projects for their classes. All information will be retained by the professor and it is his/her responsibility for site content located in those websites.
• Sites on academic are not to be used for hosting or showing personal content or personal websites unless it directly relates to academia.
