The quizzes can be taken any time before the assigned due date.  The time is determined by the web server and not your local computer.  According to the server this page was generated at 11/22/2009 7:23:58 AM.  Each quiz consists of 10 multiple choice questions that have been selected from any of the material covered so far in the class.  Here are the important rules:

1. You must take the quiz sometime before the start of class on the assigned due date.
2. You may request the quiz multiple times, but only the first submission will be graded.
3. The quiz is open book and open notes (there is no way to stop you from using your book and notes, so you might as well do so.)
