3707.27 VACCINATION
The board of health of a city or general health district may take
measures, supply agents, and afford inducements and facilities for
gratuitous vaccination, or may make reasonable charges for such
vaccination. Where a city or general health district provides
vaccinations using a vaccine provided by the Ohio department of health,
the city or general health district shall pay fifty cents for each such
vaccination which shall be payable to the treasurer of state and shall
be credited to the general revenue fund.

particular board of health, municipal corporation or township involved,
on application of the board of education of the district or proper
