  •  All Groups: Health Care for Elderly: After reading Health Care for the elderly discuss the following (a) In your opinion, is it "the duty and responsibility of the government of the United States. . . to assist our older people" and "provide the best possible physical and mental health which science can make available, without regard to economic status"? (b) Should we ration health care according to age? (c) If current trends continue, workers could be paying as much as 20% of their income for Medicare and Social Security funding. Would you be willing to pay that much from each of your pay check?  which of three options do you most agree with at the present time? Why?
