Restructured doctoral programs in Ohio public institutions. As regular
member of Committee, participated in drafting state-wide Guidelines and

Subsequently, instrumental in designing a database and nine reports to make this large body of information available in an easily useable format to the fifteen member universities of the Regents Advisory Committee on Graduate Study and to the Ohio Board of Regents for their discussions on state investment in doctoral education and state-wide review of doctoral programs.
