bulletAllow sufficient time for sleep, a well-balanced diet, and leisure activities;

bulletPrepare for discussion/recitation courses before class;
bulletSchedule time to go over lecture material immediately after class;
bulletRemember: Forgetting is greatest within 24 hours without review.
bulletSchedule fifty minute blocks of study;
bulletChoose a place free from distractions to study;
bulletPlan to use "dead time";
bulletSchedule as much study time as possible during daylight hours;
bulletSchedule a weekly review;
