My name is Andrea Krile, and I am from Lancaster, OH, where I have lived all of my life. I attended Berne Union High School, graduating in the spring of1997. Throughout my junior high and high school years, I participated in many musical ensembles such as the marching, concert, jazz, and pep bands. I was also involved in my church and in some community service groups.
I am now a first-year student at UD working toward a music education degree with emphasis on band. My primary instrument is the trumpet, which I have been playing since I was ten years old, and I am now studying privately with Dr. Patrick Reynolds. I am presently a member of the Pride of Dayton Marching Band, the Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Flyer Pep Band, and the trumpet ensemble.
