I am employed as a music therapist in the partial hospitalization program at Saint Vincent Family Centers, in Columbus. My clients are preschool and school-age children with severe emotional disturbances. I've been enjoying this position immensely, as I have had the opportunity to design and develop the program, and to introduce my clients to a new mode of self-expression. I look forward to developing my clinical skills in this arena, and continuing in graduate school for either counseling or music therapy. I also provide music therapy services to several clients through the Columbus Music Therapy Center.
