Jazz Lab Band rehearsal times TBA.
Combo rehearsals are scheduled after the larger ensembles are formed.

The UD Jazz Program features big band experiences (currently two bands--the Jazz Ensemble and the Jazz Lab Band) as well as jazz combo experiences.

• The Dayton Jazz Ensemble performs three to four concerts on campus each year in addition to several off-campus appearances.
• The Lab Band performs at a number of concerts.
• Combos often play on campus, and occasionally perform off campus.

All groups are open to all UD students by audition. The audition consists of sight-reading and optional improvisation. Auditions are held during the first week of classes each semester. Sign up for an audition time in Reichard Hall.
