Master Sergeant Victor E. Fleek entered the Army in March of 1984, and attended Basic Training and AIT at Fort Benning, Georgia, where he was awarded the primary MOS of 11C (Indirect Fire Infantryman).

Sergeant Fleek and his wife Kathleen have been married for twenty years they have five children, Logan 19, Taylor 17, Autumn 14, Cassidy 4, and McCoy 2.
