Patricia
Erbaugh has been the Human Resources Assistant since 1963. She
graduated from Farmersville High School in Farmersville, OH and
shortly after began her career at the University of Dayton in
the Army ROTC Department.
Miss Erbaugh was employed by the University of Dayton until 1967
when the position was converted to civil service. Her title was
Secretary/Stenographer.
Miss Erbaugh has been recognized for her services during the
years and has been presented many times with the Department of
Army Civilian Employee Sustained Superior Performance Award. In
1996 she was the Second Region’s Top Achiever for Cadet
Management Excellence.
Miss Erbaugh has taken care of hundreds of cadets throughout her
career and has served with sixteen Professors of Military
Science.
In 2006 Miss Erbaugh was awarded the highest honor from Cadet
Command. She was awarded the Human Resources Assistant of the
year out of 272 schools in the nation with Army ROTC.
