I graduated from John Burroughs School
in 1987.
I then went to Miami University
and graduated with a B.S. in Mathematics and Statistics in 1991.
My next stop was University of Wisconsin where I
earned my Ph.D. in August 1998. My thesis research was in complex
analysis
(functions of one complex variable) under the direction of Professor
Simon Hellerstein and my minor was statistics.
