Susan Ferguson is an Administrative Faculty Member at the University of Dayton and is the coordinator of  the First Year Experience. She is affiliated with the First Year Experience and the Middle Childhood Programs.  Her areas of expertise include educational psychology, student portfolios and scheduling and advising first year students.
